THIRTY DAY RETURN POLICY: Should any item(s) not meet your expectations, contact us for instructions on how to return within 30 days for a prompt refund. Refund is minus the original shipping charges as this is considered a used service. Please Do Not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. We will provide instructions to you via email on how, when and where. Customers assume the cost and liablity (damage in transit) of shipping back to us. We assume the responsibility and cost in shipping back to the customer any replacement items. We do not charge a restocking fee if items are returned during this 30 day period. If returned after the 30 days a 25% restocking fee will apply.BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS: You must receive your orders in perfect condition, without any defects or broken pieces. Please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will give you specific instructions for the handling of your damaged products and we will immediately ship replacement items to you.
Exclusions: Some items are excluded from our guarantee such as catalogs, brochures, clearance items, and consumable items. Body Jewelry, Lotions and Personal Intimate items are non returnable unless they are unopened and still sealed in the manufacturer's package.
AVOID RETURN NON-DELIVERED PACKAGES: In the event a package is returned to our warehouse due to refusal, not available after 3rd attempt to deliver or a buyer provided the wrong address, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred in addition to a 20% to 25% restocking fee. To help avoid these types of returns, please make sure you have given us your correct address and home phone number so you may be contacted if there is a problem delivering your order. Your home phone number will be given to our carriers in case they need to contact you for routing or directions to your home or business.
